Welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Seaside Discovery School.  We are a small, home-based preschool, offering an enriched, experiential curriculum with a strong Nature/Science base. Our unique curriculum has evolved from my many years of research and experience teaching young children.

 

At Seaside, your child will enjoy a combination of child and teacher initiated themes, with a balance between play-based learning and Pre-K academics.  We also are proud to offer Music, Spanish, and Mandarin Story Time.  We take full advantage of our wonderful location, adjacent to the GGNRA open space called, " Mori Point."  Just outside our back gate are nature trails, ponds, wetlands, and beaches which will provide many outdoor learning adventures!

Seaside Discovery Preschool enrolls approximately 35 families, with 12 children attending per day. In addition to our regular teachers, we also love and appreciate our wonderful parent volunteers.

At Seaside Discovery Preschool, we celebrate childhood. Your child will learn in a joyful, magical environment where children are free to run, play, laugh, sing, dance, create, paint, imagine, explore, discover, make friends, and get dirty! They will be treated with love and respect and appreciated for the unique little people they are.
